The bike is quite awesome and extremely well built. I have purchased many bikes over many years. This bike is my second eBike as I have also an Ancheer 26 inch, which was not a bad bike but not the solid construction of this bike. I am recovering from serious car accident so the bike is actually kind of too fast or will take a bit of getting used to for me. The bike is a bit bigger than I had expected and a bit heavier than expected. Great bike. I need to understand how you can actually fold the bike and access the battery etc. I mean technically, I understand the mechanisms etc. but the sheer size, weight etc of bike it is not like you lift It up and fold it. Maybe due to my wreck recovery but the bike is pretty much a beast. The bike came with a very good set of tools making it easy to assemble but more than that you have all the tools you need. My only suggestions for bike are: My ancheer bike has pedals that fold towards crank . When you fold the bike you can fold pedals up. I doubt these are too expensive but I think if this bike had them it would be better to be able to put bike in a car etc. Although technically nothing wrong but the basket design could be better to give more room for larger people. When I sit on seat the basket is hitting by butt. Since you're putting all the tools in the box and providing a pump it would be nice if not too much cost difference to put a pump that would mount to the bike. I mean with the bike having those huge tires and shock abosrbing frame I can imagine a lot of off-road riding so getting a pump for rides is gonna happen.. Also, a second option of pannier bags that would work with the basket would be nice if doable. Just a wish list. The bike is fantastic! I have issues from accident to getting legs over the bar etc. is still a bit of challenge. I have hit the ground couple times trying to get off the bike. ( Again, personal medical issues for me) but I am sure in time not an issue. The bike is bigger than I had expected but It is a great bike !

E-bikes at this price point are very similar, and shipping is going to take longer than a few days. Packed very well, no damage, easy to assemble and Burchda gives you everything you need to get riding without buying extras like fenders and a rear rack. I found the quality of build was good. The derailer was properly adjusted and only the front brake caliper needed to be centered slightly. This bike is FULL SIZED. Suspension is good. I ride offroad mostly and found the bike handles well, has plenty of power and on initial ride got 31 miles before I hit two bars. Not bad for on and off road. The hydraulic brakes are far superior to mechanical ones, a big plus over the competition. These are electric motorcycles, don't be fooled. If you're not experienced in bike riding and have never been on a motorcycle, understand you have a lot to learn or you're going to get hurt. Good customer service and a 30-day return policy make Burchda a good choice.

This bike's performance was seriously understated.....More than expected, very pleased! Highly recommend!
